4.1 Data Ownership: This Application is a combination of web portal and mobile App. Only Employer can get licence for using this App after submitting valid documents and payment. Employer then get web portal to configure there master data setup and employee/staff registration. Once basic configuration is done employer will give username and password to his working active employees. Employee then can download App from play store and login with his Company Code, Mobile number and OTP.
We Dimension Info Solution ( software developer), do not use Your Personal data. Your employer will get your location and daily activity data in web portal. base on your data entry in application they will mark your attendance, calculate your tour allowance, expense, visits, order details and many more data will be available base on your data entry in App. For more information Visit https://oautomate.in/

4.2 Security Measures: Oautomate by Dimension Info Solution will implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data. However, the Client acknowledges that no system is entirely secure.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 License: Oautomate by Dimension Info Solution grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during the subscription period.
5.2 Restrictions: The Client agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the services by providing [number of days] days' notice before the next billing cycle.
